General terms and conditions

This contract is between MusicNuts! Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based company with company registration number 201321724W (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) and member of MusicNuts! identified by his/her email address (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). “Site” refers to Administrator’s website at http://musicnuts.net/. If you have any queries about these terms and conditions or if you have any comments or complaints on or about our website, you can email us at support_musicnuts@outlook.com. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use this Site or access any services made available through this Site. Only one account per person is allowed.

Copyright

All of the material featured on this Site is subject to copyright protection. The material may only be reproduced or republished or copied provided express permission from the MusicNuts! Pte.Ltd is sought. Where any of the copyright items on this Site are being republished or copied, the source of the material must be identified and the copyright status acknowledged. The permission to reproduce copyright material does not extend to any material on this Site which is identified as being obtained from a third party. Authorisation to reproduce such material would need to be obtained from the copyright holders concerned. MusicNuts! Pte. Ltd. accepts no liability whatsoever for any infringement thereunto.

Accuracy of Information

Information Collected

This Site only collects data submitted by a User in order to provide a service or answer an enquiry. It does not automatically capture or store personal data from visitors to the Site, other than to log IP addresses and session information. This information is used only for administration of the Site system and in the compilation of usage statistics.

Order Acceptance

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Administrator reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any User. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Order Cancellation, Return and Exchange

User cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after payment has been made. All products, once sold are non-returnable. Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except:
1. Product received is different from what is being purchase (wrong goods are delivered)
2. Product received is reasonably damaged
3. Product received is different from what is described by our website
4. In any circumstances the Administrator sees fit to exchange.
User has the right to exchange a purchased, eligible product if a claim is made within 3 days from the day the product is received. Administrator has the right to refuse such claim if made after this 3-day period.

Pricing

Administrator reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any product due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance, under the instruction of manufacturers and distributors, and errors in advertising.

Delivery and Receiving of Orders (for Office and Home Delivery)

Administrator reserves the right to impose additional delivery charge should User furnished Administrator with a wrong or invalid delivery address or failed to contact Administrator for re-delivery arrangement within 2 weeks from the date of first attempted delivery.

Indemnification

User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Administrator harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from User's use of the Site including purchase of products.

Disputes

With respect to any dispute regarding the Site, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, as if the Terms and Sale were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Singapore.
